The ability for a customer, technician or service provider to change a previously scheduled service request appointment.
Dispatching Module: This module will allow organizations that receive and dispatch service requests to receive incoming service requests in this module and then dispatch these requests to technician based on skill level.
Mapping: This powerful feature will allow ADAS service and calibration businesses and their technicians to access and view “best way” maps to customer locations. It will also allow customers to view the location and status of the technician scheduled to perform the service at their location.
